AFA In Memoriam and In Honor of
Donation Form
If you wish to make a donation in memory of a lost family member or friend, the Air Force Association will send a letter to the family of the deceased acknowledging your thoughtful donation. You will receive a letter to confirm the donation was received and that a gift letter has been sent.

Giving to AFA is a 501(C)(3) charity and contributions are 100% tax deductible.
