Washington Perspective

AFA is committed to upholding its core mission: to EDUCATE the public about the critical role of aerospace power in the defense of our nation; ADVOCATE aerospace power and a strong national defense; and SUPPORT the United States Air Force, the Air Force family, and aerospace education.

Washington Perspective will bring Air Force- and aerospace-related issues to the attention of its members, with opinion editorials, think-tank reports, and reports of AFA activities on the Hill. AFA fights for veterans’ issues and the protection of benefits on Capitol Hill and advocates for Airpower, keeping Airmen and their families in the forefront of the national debate. The activities that take place in the nation’s capitol are of aplenty and frequent, fulfilling an obligation to support the Air Force and aerospace community through advocacy and education.

Keep up to date with AFA’s legislative initiatives and the major issues affecting the United States Air Force and the aerospace community by checking out our Washington Perspective.
