Business Suites



AFA realizes that there are many great companies out there that have 'products' that don't necessarily lend themselves to being displayed in a trade show booth environment and have missed out on opportunities to get in front of some of the key decision makers for the United States Air Force and DoD, foreign air forces, Congress as well as the industry giants who may need  the products and services of companies just like theirs.

To this end, AFA offers the Business Suite. 

A private business suite allows you to spend more time with key customers and suppliers, and less time and money worrying about booth set up and staffing. Whether you need confidential space for important business meetings, staff strategy sessions, or a quiet spot for your team to follow-up with new leads, AFA Business Suites will produce a positive return on your investment.

Do business right on the show floor without the expense of a traditional trade show exhibit. These suites make up Meetings Central right on the show floor, conveniently located near the exhibitor lounge. AFA is pleased to offer a variety of sizes of Business Suites to meet your needs.

The options are:  

The Junior Suite - 4m X 4m (approximately 169 square feet) 

The Junior Suite may be rented in blocks of time or booked for exclusive use. The rate is $2750 for exclusive use or $200 per hour (2 hour minimum per meeting).  The rooms will be carpeted and furnished with a basic 30” round table and 4 chairs. If other furnishings are required, you may order through AFA choosing from the exhibitor service kit at your expense. No credit will be given for the unused basic furniture package. These rooms can be set theater style to accommodate up to 14 people or 8-10 with a larger round table. Includes basic 500 watt outlet.

The Executive Suite - 5m X 8m  (approximately 422 square feet) 
The Executive Suite may also be rented in blocks of time or booked for exclusive use. The rate is $6750 for exclusive use or $375 per hour (2 hour minimum per meeting). The room will be carpeted and furnished with up to 3 basic 30” round tables and 12 chairs. If other furnishings are required, you may order through AFA choosing from the exhibitor service kit at your expense. No credit will be given for the unused basic furniture package. This room can be set theatre style to accommodate up to 44 people or 30-32 with larger round tables. Includes basic 500 watt outlet.

The Premium Suite - 6.75m x 6.75m (approximately 484 square feet)- RESERVED - The Premium Suite is located just outside the exhibit hall and is available for exclusive use only at just $7750. The room will be carpeted and furnished with up to 4 basic 30” round tables and 16 chairs. If other furnishing are required, you may order through AFA choosing from the exhibitor service kit at your expense. No credit will be given for the unused basic furniture package. This room can be set theater style to accommodate up to 50 people or 30-32 with larger round tables. Includes basic 500 watt outlet.

The Junior and Executive Suites will be constructed by our contractor using their post and panel system (similar to Octanorm). The panels will be covered with dark blue Braelock which is a Velcro receptive material. And while the fabric on the panels and the carpet on the floor will help to contain sound, these rooms should only be considered as semi-private as the walls are only 8’ high and there will be no ceiling. One or more interior panels may be substituted for graphic panels at an additional expense on 'exclusive use' rentals only.

The Premium Suite is a permanent room within the facility of typical drywall construction and will provide a greater measure of privacy.

Catering may be arranged for these rooms if it is so desired.
