"Global War on Terrorism - The Air Force Responds"

The 2002 Air Force Association National Convention and Aerospace Technology Exposition will highlight the contributions of Air Force people in the global war on terrorism and the pivotal role of air and space power plays in defense of the nation. It  will take place from September 15-18, 2002 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, Washington, D.C. The National Convention brings together AFA grass-roots leaders from around the country to discuss association policies for the coming year, and the Aerospace Technology Exposition showcases the latest technology from across the defense industry.

STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

"The Department of Defense finds this event meets the minimum regulatory standards for attendance by DoD employees. This finding does not constitute a blanket approval or endorsement for attendance. Individual DoD Component commands or organizations are responsible for approving attendance of its DoD employees based on mission requirements and DoD regulations."
