Hotel Reservations:
Even though our deadline has passed, the Rosen Shingle Creek is accepting reservations based on availability in the Air Force Association room block. The AFA discounted rate of $253 single/double per night ($20 additional per person, per night), plus applicable taxes, currently 12.5%. However, at this time, reservation can only be made by calling the hotel directly at 866 996-6338. To guarantee your reservation, you will need to provide a credit/debit card to the hotel when you call. Five nights prior to arrival, a one night’s room and tax authorization will be processed on your credit/debit card. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel ten days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than ten days prior to arrival, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty.

Military Hotel Reservations:
NOTE REGARDING THIS RATE: Our military rate sleeping rooms are only available to active-duty Military, current DOD employees with government ID card, an activated reservist or guard, or Foreign Attachés with a dependent ID Card. You will be asked to show valid ID when you check into the hotel. If you do not have a valid active duty/DOD government ID at check-in, you will be charged the prevailing rate at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, due to our limited number of sleeping rooms at this rate, Retired Military are not eligible for this rate. If you cancel less than ten days prior to arrival, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty. The Air Force Association is holding a limited number of sleeping rooms at the Rosen Shingle Creek at the Military Rate of $117.00 single/double per night ($20 additional per person, per night), plus applicable taxes, currently 12.5%.
