Hotel Reservations
Discounted AFA Hotel Reservations:
UPDATE: The deadline to make hotel reservations has passed, however, the Air Force Association room block at the Gaylord National is still taking reservations based on availability, which is subject to change. The AFA discounted rate is $299 single/double per night plus amenity fee and applicable taxes. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 301-965-2000. To guarantee your reservation, you will need to provide a credit/debit card to the hotel when you book online or by phone. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel fourteen days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than fourteen days prior to arrival, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty.
