Military Hotel Reservations:
NOTE REGARDING THIS RATE: Our military rate sleeping rooms are only available to active-duty Military, current DOD employees with government ID card, an activated Reservist or Guard, or Foreign Attachés with a dependent ID Card. You will be asked to show valid ID when you check into the hotel. Valid ID cards must be shown at check-in; otherwise a higher rate will apply. Unfortunately, due to our limited number of sleeping rooms at this rate, Retired Military are not eligible for this rate.
UPDATE: The deadline to make hotel reservations has passed, however, the Gaylord National is still taking reservations based on availability, which is subject to change, for the Military Rate of $233.00 single/double per night, plus amenity fee and applicable taxes. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 301-965-2000. To guarantee your reservation, you will need to provide a credit/debit card to the hotel when you book online or by phone. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel fourteen days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than fourteen days prior to arrival, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty.
