Military Hotel Reservations:
NOTE REGARDING THIS RATE: Our military rate sleeping rooms are only available to active-duty Military, current DOD employees with government ID card, an activated Reservist or Guard, or Foreign Attachés with a dependent ID Card. You will be asked to show valid ID when you check into the hotel. Valid ID cards must be shown at check-in; otherwise a higher rate will apply. Unfortunately, due to our limited number of sleeping rooms at this rate, Retired Military are not eligible for this rate.
The Gaylord National is pleased to extend the Military Rate of $229.00 single/double per night to those that qualify based on the above paragraph, plus amenity fee and applicable taxes. Reservations can be made either by calling the hotel directly at 301-965-2000 or online by clicking here. To guarantee your reservation, you will need to provide a credit/debit card to the hotel when you book online or by phone. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel ten days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than ten days prior to arrival, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty. Please make your reservations now while rooms are still available at the military rate. Reservations will be accepted on a first-in basis until the block is full or until Friday, August 20, 2010.
