Official Service Contractors
The companies listed below have been authorized by AFA to provide services to the organizations exhibiting at Air & Space. If you are contacted by an organization not listed here for the purpose of soliciting your business, they have no official role with the event.
AFA will never tell you with whom you can do business with in the context of our events. In the event you do opt to hire a non-official firm you will be doing so at your own risk and AFA will likely be unable to assist you in the event there is a problem with that vendor.
To make it easier for you to know who is official and who is not, AFA has provided the official contractors with a seal that will accompany any emails from them. If the email doesn’t have the seal, check the company against the list below.
