Hosting a booth at the Veterans & Spouses Career
Fair will allow you to meet with your targeted audience at a convenient location, as AFA’s Air & Space Conference attracts more than 5,000 individuals who have an interest in the supporting the U.S. Air Force, airpower and the aerospace industry, many of whom will have direct experience.
Through the Veterans & Spouses Career
Fair, you’ll have the opportunity to potentially reach hundreds of skilled and qualified veterans from all branches to allow you to acquire individuals with the talents, disciplines and experience you need.
You may choose to participate on any or all of the three days:
- Tuesday September 18 -- 9:30AM – 4:00PM
- Wednesday September 19 -- 9:30AM – 4:00PM
Each 10x10 space comes with up to two Career
Fair Exhibitor badges and is furnished with a 6’ skirted table, two chairs, carpet, and basic electrical. Lunch is available in the exhibit hall each day. Your booth must be staffed at all times when the Career
Fair is open. The cost per space is $500 for both days. (These spaces are not to be used in lieu of traditional booth space on the exhibit floor. If this occurs, your personnel and your materials are subject to expulsion from the event.)
As Career Fair participants register they will be given an opportunity to submit a PDF of their resume in advance. These resumes will be collected and uploaded to the cloud where organization participating in the Career
Fair will be able to download them from.
