Discounted AFA Rate for Retired Military, Industry, Exhibitors, etc.
Discounted AFA Hotel Reservations:
UPDATE: The deadline to make hotel reservations has passed, however, the Air Force Association room block at the Gaylord National is still taking reservations based on availability, which is subject to change. The AFA discounted rate is $272 single/double per night plus amenity fee and applicable taxes. Reservations can be made either by calling the hotel directly at 301-965-4000 and asking for the Air Force Association room block or online by clicking here. To guarantee your reservation, you will need to provide a credit/debit card to the hotel for your deposit of one night’s room and tax when you book online or by phone. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel ten days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than ten days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit of one night’s room and tax. Please make your reservations now while rooms are still available at the AFA discounted group rate.
