Military Hotel Reservations:
NOTE REGARDING THIS RATE: Our military rate sleeping rooms are only available to active-duty Military, current DOD employees with government ID card, an activated Reservist or Guard, or Foreign Attachés with a dependent ID Card. You will be asked to show valid ID when you check into the hotel. Valid ID cards must be shown at check-in; otherwise a higher rate will apply. Unfortunately, due to our limited number of sleeping rooms at this rate, Retired Military are not eligible for this rate.
UPDATE: The deadline to make hotel reservations has passed, however, the Air Force Association room block at the Gaylord National is still taking reservations based on availability, which is subject to change. The Gaylord National is pleased to extend the government per diem rate of $226.00 single/double per night to those that qualify based on the above paragraph, plus applicable taxes. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 301-965-4000 and asking for the Air Force Association government per diem room block or by clicking here. To guarantee your reservation, you will need to provide a credit/debit card to the hotel when you book online or by phone. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel ten days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than ten days prior to arrival, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty. Please make your reservations now while rooms are still available at the government per diem rate.
