Hotel Reservation Information The deadline to receive the AFA Symposium rate has passed; however the hotel is still accepting reservations at our discounted rate based on hotel availability. If you plan to stay at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, please call the hotel directly to make reservations as soon as possible at 310-274-7777 or 800-HILTONS. Mention the AFA Symposium to receive the special Symposium rate of $255 (single or double) plus 15.37% tax and $.45 CA Tourism assessment fee. For active-duty Military and current DoD employees: The deadline to make reservations has passed; however, we do have a few hotel rooms still available at the government rate. The government rate is $199 (single or double) plus taxes, which are currently 14.05% plus 1.37% surcharge. Please contact Lizzie Carver at ecarver@afa.org to learn about availability.
