AFA Honors Veterans

Arlington, VA – The Air Force Association (AFA) today released the following Veterans Day statement:

“Today, the Air Force Association honors our nation’s veterans. We deeply appreciate the service and sacrifice of so many. Their valor in wartime and readiness in peacetime – and the Cold War – respectively earned and preserved our nation’s freedom. Their dedication helped ensure the security of countless millions in allied nations. Our nation can never fully repay them, but must always take special care to honor our national commitment to their health care and other earned benefits. Today, we simply say ‘thank you.’
