AFA Statement on 9/11

This Sunday, people all over the United States and the world will remember the victims of the terrorist attacks that took place on September 11th, 2001. It has been ten years since the nation bore witness to such a tragic event that claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 people in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

We, at AFA, join millions in remembering 9/11.

Now, a decade later, we still have troops protecting this country, fighting terrorism abroad. As a nation, we must continue to do everything we can to support our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines as they continue their efforts against terrorism. Today, we commemorate the people who lost their lives in that tragedy, we honor the many Americans who responded on that day and we salute those who have served in harm’s way over the years’ past.
