Media must register for the convention. Registration is located at the main convention desk in the convention center’s lobby level. The press room opens at 8 a.m. the mornings of the convention. News media must show valid press credentials -- Congressional Gallery pass, Pentagon press pass or equivalent. If on assignment for a publication, freelancing or researching, obtain a letter from the editor and provide photo ID. There is no pre-registration process for media. It will occur during the convention only.
