Donnelly Chapter Teacher of the Year

Rob Borgman was selected as the General Charles L. Donnelly, Jr. Chapter’s Teacher of the Year. Borgman teaches at Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls, Texas, and dedicates himself to inspiring and motivating students to excel in mathematics, a critical part of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) initiative.

Borgman works with his students both in the classroom and in voluntary tutoring sessions after hours. He also serves as Campus Technology Facilitator for staff and faculty. Rob has sponsored various field trips for JROTC cadets to historical sites throughout Texas. He is the Kiwanis Key Club Advisor, providing guidance for students as they learn leadership and organizational skills. As Chapter Teacher of the Year, Rob will receive certificate of recognition, and a check for $250.
