USA Today Issues Luncheon Invitation to Chapter Presidents and Aerospace Education Vice Presidents

Debby Dodge, Director of Education for the Visions of Exploration Program at USA Today, invited Chapter Presidents, Aerospace Education Vice Presidents or Chapter designated representatives to attend a luncheon in September at the Air and Space Conference and Technology Exposition. She will review special enhancements to the Visions of Exploration Program for the 2010 – 2011 school year.

The luncheon, sponsored by USA TODAY, will be held on Saturday, September 11, at Pienza Restaurant located in the Gaylord Resort. The agenda includes a celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Visions of Exploration Program and information about the new expanded opportunities for e-Visions.

The program begins promptly at 11:30 a.m. The Visions of Exploration Program presentation will be first, followed by a discussion and buffet lunch.

Ms. Dodge asks that all interested persons RSVP to Kate Bond at USA Today by August 15. Her email address is kbond@usatoday.com and the response RSVP should include name, chapter name, position, contact info, email and telephone.

Please note: To ensure USA Today accommodates the widest attendance among delegates, attendees will be limited to two attendees per chapter (which may include a spouse) plus any Region or State leaders. They have limited space and reservations will be on a first come, first serve basis so please RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your seat!
