$10,000 CyberPatriot Grant

Congratulations to Chapter 143 in Indiana! Their hard work resulted in a $10,000 grant from the Schwab Foundation for local implementation and support of AFA’s CyberPatriot program. Theirs is a perfect example of what can be done at the grassroots level to further programs in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Does YOUR chapter want to make a big difference in STEM education in your community and state? AFA’s CyberPatriot program, now recruiting for its fourth season of competition, is THE national high school cyber defense competition, and your chapter can play a big role. AFA chapters around the nation are busily recruiting hundreds of teams to this exciting opportunity for young people to discover the fascinating field of cyber security, to prepare themselves for rewarding technical careers, and to learn how AFA values young people! Shouldn’t your chapter be part of that? Shouldn’t your chapter take on the challenge of recruiting just ten high schools in your area? Visit www.uscyberpatriot.org and your chapter can be a part of AFA’s nationally recognized program that is shaping our nation’s future!
