Update to the Field Operating Guidebook (FOG)

A preliminary revision of the AFA Field Operations Guidebook (FOG) which among other things corrects national officer titles and eliminates the term "patron" is on the AFA web in the Field Resources section. It also contains the revised Chapter 11, "Finances," discussed at the Region and State Presidents meeting which will take effect with the 2008 Plan Year (that is with activities beginning in January 2008).

This version also introduces a revised overall numbering system. Each chapter's pages are numbered within the overall chapter rather than sequentially throughout the book. In addition each section now has a footer which indicates the date of the revision to that section.
