AFA’s 25th Annual Air Warfare Symposium & Technology Exposition will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in
Orlando, Florida. Speakers at the symposium include top Air Force, government and aerospace industry leaders.

The chapter will celebrate "25 Years of Air Force Gala" at its annual black-tie dinner on Friday, February 27.

The cut off date for hotel reservations is Tuesday, January 20, 2009. For hotel reservations, please refer to the
enclosed form. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly. If you call the hotel directly, you will NOT obtain the
special AFA rate. Please note that we have a limited number of hotel rooms at this reduced rate listed. Reservations
for rooms will be accepted on a first-in basis. Once the hotel is sold out of rooms at the reduced rate, the next
available rate will apply until the hotel has sold out of rooms at that rate or until January 20, whichever comes
first. Rooms will then be on a space available basis and at a much higher rate. We encourage you not to wait but to
get your reservations in now.
