Dental Insurance Available to All AFA Members

AFA Veteran Benefits Association has contracted with MetLife to provide Members excellent dental insurance coverage. Two plan choices are available:

  • Basic Plan - covers preventive and basic restorative work. This means cleanings, oral exams, fluoride, x-rays, sealants, fillings, lab tests, periodontic and more).
  • Comprehensive Plan - covers everything in the Basic Plan above PLUS major restorative work like extractions, crowns, dentures, bridges, implants, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontia and more.
