Space Camp Not Funded for 2008

The Space Camp program will not be funded in 2008. This was a difficult decision, but at the Executive Committee meeting held on December 8, 2007, the U. S. Space Camp program was not included in the 2008 budget due to a lack of funds.

For interested students, Careers in Aviation offers U S Space Camp scholarship opportunities found at http://www.careersinaviation.org/page.cfm?pid=86. In addition, varieties of scholarships are available from the U S Space & Rocket Center Foundation found at http://www.spacecamp.com/details.php?cat=Scholarships&program=Scholarships
