Joanne Greene Retiring after 29 Years

Joanne Greene, a 29 year employee of AFA’s Membership Operations Directorate, is retiring effective January 28. Joanne began her AFA career in 1980 in the Washington, DC headquarters office. Max Keeney hired her to work with both the membership and insurance programs. Those departments have been reorganized numerous times, but Joanne has remained a loyal, outstanding employee. Many of you probably worked with her if you hold any AFA insurance coverage, as she has had various insurance management positions. She has been a stable, excellent AFA employee and we are going to miss her dearly! We wish Joanne a healthy and happy retirement, and we know she will enjoy her grandchildren all the more.
