Chapter Rosters

Paper rosters will not be shipped to Field units beginning with the July 2007 chapter update rosters (normally mailed at the beginning of August). Both monthly update rosters and complete rosters (as of the end of the previous month) are available for download on the AFA web site. These electronic rosters contain more information than the paper ones and can be easily sorted by city, expiration date, member type, etc. and printed if the chapter wishes to use them in that form. Most units who work with rosters do this already and so it will not be a great change.

If you need to confirm which chapter officer has access to the online rosters, please contact Mary Nauheimer at mnauheimer@afa.org or extension 4821.

If none of your chapter's officers have an email address, perhaps there is a member who is active in the chapter that is willing to assist you in this area.

Both the June update roster and the full roster will be mailed to chapters as usual in July.
