New Member Benefit Programs
AFA Mall
AFA members can now earn rebate money for the online shopping they already do at retailers including Barnes & Noble, Brooks
Brothers, Clinique, Dicks Sporting Goods, Drugstore.com, E-bay, Gap, iTunes, Kohls, Macy's, New Egg, Nordstrom, Orbitz,
PetSmart, QVC, Safeway, Sears, Target, United Airlines, Walmart - and many, many, more. More than 400 of the most popular
online merchants are participating in this program to provide AFA members extra incentives. A complete list of participating

Each of the merchants provides a different rebate to members - anywhere from 1-20%,
(the average is 4%). This rebate is in addition to any regular promotions the merchant may be having. Additional
coupon savings are also available in the AFA Mall. Merchants provide the rebates to AFA at different times - some
report weekly, some monthly, but the rebates are put into your AFA Mall account and rebate checks are mailed quarterly.
When members shop at their favorite online merchant, they’re shopping directly on the regular website and dealing directly
with the merchant. However, by starting at the AFA Mall at
http://shop.afa.mallnetworks.com, they will earn the special AFA

Members enroll at the site by providing their mailing address (for mailing rebate checks) and selecting a login and password.

Prescription Discounts
AFA provides members a free prescription discount card at
http://www.dprxcard.com/AFA. Simply enter your name and e-mail
address, print the card and begin using it for average savings of 10-60%. The list of participating pharmacies is on the
site and includes Target, Rite Aid, K-Mart, Costco, CVS, Publix, Walgreens, Kroger, Safeway, United Drugs, A&P and more.
More than 48,000 pharmacies nationwide! Of course, if you have health insurance that covers prescriptions and you only pay
a small co-pay, this may not offer additional discounts. But we recommend you hand it to the pharmacy personnel when you’re
filling a prescription and see!
Coast-to-Coast Vision
AFA Members receive 20% off Coast-to-Coast Vision (CTC) plans (normally $29.95 per year for individual coverage; $49.95 family).
CTC has over 12,000 participating eye care locations nationwide providing members savings on eyeglasses, contacts, eye exams
and surgical procedures. The Coast-to-Coast provider network is the most comprehensive in the U.S. and includes ophthalmologists,
optometrists, independent optical centers and national chain locations such as Pearle Vision, JC Penney Optical, Sears Optical,

Budget Truck Rental
AFA members already receive discounts and additional coupons for Budget and Avis Car Rentals
(see http://www.afavba.org/aboutus/memben/ben4.asp#cars), and we’ve now added Budget Truck Rental to the benefits program.
Members receive up to 20% discount off truck rental and mileage when renting Sunday through Thursday, and up to 15%
discount on Friday and Saturday. The AFA member discount is available by:

New Product - WWII Memorial – “Jewel of the Mall”
Photographer Stephen R. Brown was given access to the construction site during the building of the WWII Memorial. He has gathered many of his beautiful full-color photographs into a 90-page book called, “Jewel of the Mall”. The photographs are exclusive because of Brown’s special access to the site and include panoramic scenes of the new face of the Mall. The book includes a documentary on the creation and installation of the sculpture and marble ornamentation that is part of the WWII Memorial.
