Date Change for 2008 Region and State Presidents Meeting

The date of the 2008 Region and State Presidents Meeting is now October 16-18. The change was made because of an unanticipated lack of hotel availability on the original date. No formal agenda has been set yet, however you can anticipate beginning with a reception the evening of the 16th for those whose arrival times permit and then a full day on Friday the 17th and a mid-afternoon ending on the 18th. Many will be able to plan evening departures.

Please mark your personal calendar or be sure you inform your successor of the dates and do so as soon as possible so that you can avoid future scheduling conflicts. We apologize for any inconvenience this change has caused, however it was necessary in order to be able to insure interaction with the AFA staff and provide an opportunity to visit the AFA building for those who wish to do so.
