2009 AFA National Convention and Air & Space Conference and Technology Exposition Registration and Hotel Reservation Information

IMPORTANT! Registration and hotel reservations will be opening in early May. Instructions on registration and hotel reservations will be sent via email to region and state presidents as well as all other recipients of Newsline as soon as they become available.

It is very important that you wait for those instructions to register and make your hotel arrangements in order to receive the correct prices. You will not be able to receive the delegate rate if you call the hotel directly.

Direct questions about whether you can attend as a delegate to your state president or to your region president for those in states with no state organization. AFTER registration and hotel information is made available your contacts will be:

For authorized delegation strength and credentialing -- Judy Galbreath (jgalbreath@afa.org, or ext. 4800)

For assistance in registration – Katie Storm (kstorm@afa.org, ext. 5848)

For hotel-related questions -- Kathy Cortes (kcortes@afa.org, ext. 4877)
