Flag Day and Memorial Day Events

The Air Force Association and the Air Force Sergeants Association will host a 9 a.m. wreath laying ceremony Monday, May 30, 2011, at the Air Force Memorial. Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James A. Roy is the keynote speaker at this ceremony, which is open to the public.

The Air Force Memorial Foundation will host a noon Flag Day ceremony Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at the national Air Force Memorial. This ceremony, which is open to the public, provides an opportunity for all Americans to pause and pay respect to our Nation’s great symbol, Old Glory!
