New Procedure for Orders from the AFA “Store”

Effective October 1, 2008, all orders from the AFA “Store” will have to be accompanied by payment. We will no longer bill chapters. This is in keeping with standard business practices today (Amazon, Orbitz, etc.) and was brought about because AFA’s 2007 Audit revealed many chapters had bills that were overdue in excess of 180 days and some were over a year in arrears. The total of all bills owed is significant. Orders that arrive without payment will be returned or retained until we receive payment.
