IRS Update – Group Exemption Request

We still have not received approval and the case worker still maintains that all is on track. We have engaged our new tax attorney, and with his concurrence, the President/CEO signed out a letter to the Commissioner of IRS Tax Exempt and Government Entities requesting assistance. We expect to hear something back by Convention time.
