Hotel Information
Military Rate for active-duty Military, current DOD employees, activated Reservist or Guard, Foreign Attachés

Military Hotel Reservations:
NOTE REGARDING THIS RATE: Our military rate sleeping rooms are only available to active-duty Military, current DOD employees with government ID card, an activated Reservist or Guard, or Foreign Attachés with a dependent ID Card. You will be asked to show valid ID when you check into the hotel. Valid ID cards must be shown at check-in; otherwise a higher rate will apply. Unfortunately, due to our limited number of sleeping rooms at this rate, Retired Military are not eligible for this rate.

The Gaylord National is pleased to extend the government per diem rate of $219.00 single/double per night to those that qualify based on the above paragraph, plus applicable taxes. In order to make a reservation at the government per diem rate, you must first register for the Air & Space Conference. At the end of the registration process, your Internet browser will display a registration confirmation page. Click on the blue button ‘Make Hotel Reservation’ and then input the appropriate information. To guarantee your reservation, you will need to provide a credit/debit card. To cancel your reservation without penalty, you must cancel your reservation ten days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than ten days prior to arrival, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty. The deadline to receive this rate is Friday, August 22, 2014 or until the group block sells out, whichever comes first.

If you have trouble making a reservation or see that the hotel rate is not $219 per night, please contact Meghan McClelland at mmcclelland@afa.org.
