Charles (Chuck) L. Martin Jr, CAE, CIA is the Treasurer of the Air Force Association. Martin had a distinguished 27 year career in the United States Air Force and has held various board member and committee member level finance positions. Martin concluded his Air Force career as the Tactical Air Command Headquarters Deputy Chief of Staff for Financial Management and Comptroller. He has been on AFA’s Finance Committee for four years and was awarded the AFA Medal of Merit from the Colorado Springs Chapter. He also currently holds the position of Treasurer for the Foundation of Physical Therapy.

As a member of the American Society of Associate Executives, Martin facilitates an online Principles of Financial Management course. Martin also combined his military and business experience to serve on the Finance & Audit Committees for the Military Officers Association of America and the Air Force Retired Officers Community at Falcons Landing.

Martin is originally from the Bronx, NY. He received his BBA from Manhattan College and his MBA from Michigan State University where he was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi National Honorary Accounting Society.
