Air Force Wounded Warrior (AFW2) Program

The Air Force Wounded Warrior (AFW2) Program provides personalized restorative care to seriously wounded, ill and injured Airmen, Caregivers and families. We advocate to ensure access to medical and non-medical services to facilitate a return to duty process. We provide support throughout the transition back to duty, separation or retirement. As an “Airman for Life”, we ensure Airmen are well-equipped to manage challenges regardless of injury or illness.
