Better Education STEMs from Sponsorships

Getting students excited about STEM and aerospace education benefits all of us. It elevates the American education system while equipping future generations with vital knowledge and skills to thrive in our competitive global economy. With these specialized insights, America’s youth is learning how to also protect our country against increasingly complex national security threats. That’s why AFA is part of the nationwide push to advance STEM and aerospace education.

By sponsoring our STEM programs, scholarships, and awards, you help open more doors for youth who may not otherwise have access to powerful opportunities.

Additionally, a total of 106 organizations hosted 160 CyberCamps and AFA distributed 5,750 elementary school kits worldwide.

StellarXplorers

StellarXplorers is a team competition organized by the AFA which encourages interest in space among high school students. Students are challenged to complete a space system design project which involves all aspects of system development and operation with a spacecraft/payload focus. More than 180 teams from thirty-one states and three overseas locations competed in StellarXplorers IV. Please see our StellarXplorers Program Brochure for more information about the competition and our StellarXplorers Sponsorship Brochure for sponsorship opportunities.
