Lead Develop Care is designed to accompany and complement most other leadership programs. Rather than approaching leadership as if everything a participant has learned up to the point of a course is irrelevant or replaceable, Lead Develop Care taps into participants’ already existing tools, experience, and background to provide a framework for effective application. If you or your organization has already received leadership training, Lead Develop Care will not replace it. This framework will only make it more effective.
