Transforming the Cyber Workforce
The Department of War is undertaking one of its most ambitious transformations yet: modernizing how it understands, qualifies, and measures its cyber workforces across all military services.
Matthew Isnor, Program Lead for Cyber Workforce Development, and Alfredo Rodriguez, Workforce Innovation Directorate Deputy Director, are at the center of this effort—giving us an inside look at this critical and rapidly evolving initiative. Anthony Dillard, Air Force Civilian Cyberspace Career Field Manager is helping implement these efforts at the service level.
They’ll share how DOW’s unified cyber workforce qualification program is setting standards for every cyber work role across the force. This includes expanding the qualification program to more than 225,000 positions and strengthening readiness through standardized roles and modernized skill requirements.
Join us to learn how the Department and the services are building an agile, capable cyber workforce for today’s threats.
