The Department of War is undertaking one of its most ambitious transformations yet: modernizing how it understands, qualifies, and measures its cyber workforces across all military services.

Matthew Isnor, Cyber Workforce Development Director, and Alfredo Rodriguez, Workforce Innovation Directorate Deputy Director, are at the center of this effort—giving us an inside look at this critical and rapidly evolving initiative.

They’ll be joined by Timothy Beard, Department of the Air Force Associate Civilian Cyberspace and Information Technology Career Field Manager, and Desiree Lorell, Director of Cyber Workforce, U.S. Space Force, and Senior Cyber Civilian Development Advisor, who will discuss how the Department is developing, modernizing, and sustaining its cyber talent for the future.
