The AFA Warfare Symposium Is Still On!
February 28, 2025
The Air & Space Forces Association will hold the 2025 AFA Warfare Symposium as planned from March 3-5, and Air Force and Space Force speakers, participants, and attendees will be on hand. President Trump’s Feb. 26 Executive Order limiting use of GSA Travel Cards will impact some attendees, as indicated in guidance from Acting Air Force Secretary Gary A. Ashworth, but these actions will not impact the planned program. AFA is working closely with our Department of the Air Force partners to ensure they comply with the guidance and that AFA executes a valuable conference.
The theme of this year’s event is “The Threat is Now: Building the Force to Win,” and we have nearly 140 senior leaders from the Air Force, Space Force, and industry on the agenda who are confirmed and approved to speak.
We look forward to seeing you at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Aurora, Colo., March 3-5. If you can no longer make it, it’s not too late to register for virtual attendance. All sessions in the Aurora Ballroom will be livestreamed on the conference platform, and all sessions will be made available within 24 hours.
“Our Air Force and Space Force have never been more important,” AFA President & CEO Lt. Gen. Burt Field, USAF (Ret.) said. “The AFA Warfare Symposium is more than just a conference. It is a premier professional development event that focuses on all three of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s priorities: Warrior Ethos, rebuilding our military, and deterrence. AFA’s mission is to Advocate for unparalleled air and space power; to educate the public and enhance the understanding of Airmen and Guardians; and to support Airmen, Guardians and their Families. The AFA Warfare Symposium is one of the key ways we accomplish this mission.”
