Air Force Association Launches New Website

Arlington, Va. – The Air Force Association (AFA) announced today that it has launched a new website including mobile and tablet-friendly formatting, live updates on news and publications, and simplified navigation.

“Modernizing and improving the AFA website will allow us to connect closer to current and prospective members and more clearly highlight our mission and programs,” said AFA President, General Larry O. Spencer, USAF (Ret). “As we move further into a digital age, it is important to expand our website’s versatility and convenience, which was crucial in creating this new site with our members – both current and prospective – in mind.”

The new AFA website provides a community portal for AFA leaders with the ability to store and upload chapter information, as well as a detailed calendar of events occurring nationwide.

“AFA’s updated website allows AFA to offer expanded content on our important programs including our Wounded Airman Program, aerospace education initiatives, and association events,” said Bridget Dongu, AFA’s Director of Communications. “I am thrilled to unveil the website redesign that the staff worked hard on for our members and Airmen for Life who visit our website.”
