Chapter 416 Demonstrates to Donors How Their Contributions Support AFA Mission

On April 21, 2023, AFA Chapter 416 put on an Educate and Advocate event for some of its donors and Community Partners to demonstrate how their donations have helped the chapter thrive.  Chief Master Sgt. Terry Thomas, USAF (Ret.) and Chief Master Sgt. Vance Clarke, USAF (Ret.) led the evening’s events with Chief Master Sgt. Chuck Meador, USAF (Ret.) providing closing remarks.  

Two special guests attended: retired Col. Chuck DeBellevue, a Vietnam combat American ACE, and retired Lt. Gen. Bruce “Orville” Wright, AFA’s President & CEO. Wright spoke to donors about the important achievements of AFA 416, particularly how its support of Civil Air Patrol, its essay contest, and scholarships directly impact the Air and Space Forces.
