The Doolittle Leadership Center teaches a proven leadership model that emphasizes the three critical responsibilities of every leader: leading, developing, and caring. Over 16,000 leaders from 90 different countries over the last 20 years have been trained in the Lead Develop Care framework (2000+ Airmen, Guardians, and civilians by the DLC alone).

Each workshop covers 9+ hours of content over a 2-day period.

This efficient timeframe allows participants more time to absorb content and more flexibility to accommodate demanding work schedules. Our training won’t stall mission effectiveness, and participants can apply the concepts they’ve learned immediately.

DLC sends a certified instructor directly to your organization, saving you time and money while keeping the invaluable in-person interactive classroom experience for your leaders. We also provide a lightweight, low-maintenance course package that includes physical workbooks and take-home resources for participants.

Each workshop accommodates up to 30 participants.

To balance personal connection with wider organizational reach, each workshop includes an opportunity for participants to bring in their real-world leadership challenges as the basis for group discussion and application.
