Air, Space & Cyber Conference 2023 | Exhibitor Information

Exhibiting at AFA’s annual Air, Space & Cyber Conference is the ideal opportunity to showcase your latest developments in air, space and cyber capabilities vital to the Air and Space Forces Mission.

Over 16,000 people registered for the 2022 Air, Space & Cyber Conference and Technology Exposition including top decision makers from the Air and Space Forces. The 2022 conference broke records for attendance and we fully expect another record-breaking crowd this fall. 

In the past, speakers and attendees have included Vice President Mike Pence, industry innovators Jeff Bezos and Gwynne Shotwell, and the top leaders from the U.S. Air Force including the Secretary of the Air Force, the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. 

Other past attendees have included the majority of 4-, 3-, and 2-star U.S. Air and Space Forces generals, commanders from all U.S. Air and Space Forces major commands, and various high-ranking officials from the Department of Defense including the Secretary of Defense.

Exhibit booth sales are ongoing, and applications are being accepted from new and previous exhibitors. The space rate for AFA Corporate Members is $59 per square foot and $36 per square foot for government/military groups. Space is sold in 10 x 10/100 square foot increments only. Four complimentary exhibit hall only registrations come with every 10 x 10/100 square foot space. Exhibitors also receive the following:

2023 Exhibit Hall

The Air, Space & Cyber Conference boasts more than 100,000 square feet of space allowing more than 180 companies to showcase the latest air, space, and cyber capabilities. Over the course of this three-day event, the exhibition schedule provides more than 18 hours of exhibit time, approximately half of which are non-compete hours. There are also two very popular and well-attended receptions for exhibitors and Air and Space Force leaders to network and exchange ideas.

Who is eligible to exhibit and sponsor?

AFA welcomes companies of all sizes to exhibit and sponsor at the Air, Space & Cyber Conference. We want our industry partners to be actively engaged with AFA members throughout the year which is why Corporate Membership is required to exhibit or sponsor at the conference.
