Rotunda Stair Cling at Gatlin Ballroom:  $10,500

With this sponsorship, you will have your company prominently displayed in this high traffic area providing branding opportunities that maximize exposure. Stair graphics on low adhesive vinyl. Covers 30 stairs.

Banner at Rotunda to Gatlin Ballroom:  $9,500

This sponsorship keeps your brand prominent within the conference area. It is prominently displayed to maximize exposure. Banner is 48 feet wide and 6 feet tall. Biggest available banner in the show.

Aisle Signs:  $8,850

With this exclusive sponsorship, you will have your company’s name and logo prominently displayed on the aisle signs in the exhibit hall. 

Attendee Bags:  $10,750

Featuring your company logo along with the conference logo. Production costs are included. 

Conference Program Guide Sponsor:  $12,000

Your organization will be presented on the cover of the conference program as “conference program underwritten by…" with your logo and you will also receive a two-page centrefold spread on a heavier/contrasting stock. Other centrefold options are available at an additional cost. Please note – advertising is available to other organizations within the program.

Conference Registration Sponsor:  $12,500

Your company will be recognized as the online conference registration and on-site registration sponsor. Your benefits begin immediately upon contracting to sponsor or no later than November 3 (when online registration opens), whichever is later.

Event Charging Locker Cubes:  $6,500

(Limited to three sponsors)

The event charging locker provides attendees with a convenient and secure way to charge their mobile devices, and gives you, the sponsor, a creative way to capture the attendee’s attention. Each unit has 24 lockable phone size lockers for the most popular cell phones including iPhone and Android phones. The TV monitor provides the opportunity for customized video content and the billboard areas are highly visible for additional branding opportunities.

Exhibit Hall Banners:  10x20 - $7,175

Spotlight your company with this sponsorship in the exhibit hall, with a 10' x 20' banner. The cost includes production and installation, (multiple available).

Hotel Room Keys:  $7,875

This exclusive sponsorship allows your company to run a (up to 20 min) video on our dedicated hotel guest room (conference) channel during the 2018 Air Warfare Symposium. Your infomercial will run on a continuous rotation with the other sponsored ads. This is a 24 hour cycle for the entire length of the conference.

AFA is pleased to offer your organization the opportunity to market directly to our attendees prior to the 2019 Air Warfare Symposium. You will be able to extend your email message directly to all Air Warfare registrants. This exclusive opportunity allows the showcasing of your messaging only. Call for more information, all artwork must be provided 5 business days before scheduled email blast date. 4 email blasts available-- 2 pre-symposium, and 2 post-symposium. 

Hotel TV - Premium Opportunity (Limited to 5 sponsors):  $8,000

This exclusive sponsorship allows your company to run a (up to 20 min) video on our dedicated hotel guest room (conference) channel during the 2019 Air Warfare Symposium. Special Events Sponsorship Opportunities

Wednesday Evening Welcome Reception:  $31,500
Sponsor may provide glassware and/or napkins with your company logo to be used at the Welcome Reception being held in the exhibit hall.


Attendee Continental Breakfasts (Thursday and Friday Morning):  $18,000 each or $32,500 for both
Sponsor may provide napkins and/or cups with your company logo. 


Conference Morning Coffee Breaks (Thursday and Friday):  $16,000 each or $29,000 for both
Sponsor may provide cups and/or napkins for daily coffee breaks with your company logo. 


Thursday Afternoon Coffee and Dessert Break on the Exhibit Floor:  $16,000
Sponsors may provide napkins and/or cups with their corporate logo.
