National Convention | How to Register
- NOTE: If your company registers you as part of their group registration, PLEASE be sure they do yours separately in order to select AFA Convention Delegate or Alternate (as detailed below).
- The link to register will be available beginning June 10. When registering via the link, please click on BOTH options of: “AFA ConventionDelegate or Alternate” and “AFA Life Member / AFA Member.” “AFA Convention Delegate orAlternate” is used for National Officers, National Directors, members of a National Committee or Council, Region or State Presidents, delegates, and/or ELPs.
- After your membership credentials are verified, fill in the remaining information on the contact information page in order to access the registration activities and fees page with the correct event pricing for your Air, Space, & Cyber Conference registration category. (If you are uncertain or receive a message that there was no active membership, please contact the Membership Department to verify your membership credentials directly at membership@afa.org | Toll Free (800) 727-3337 | Direct Dial 703-247-5800.
- To register as an official AFA Convention Delegate, you must select and pay the delegate registration fee ($195 for in-person participation and $20 for virtual). If you have questions regarding delegate registration, please contact the Field Relations department at (field@afa.org) or 703-247-5800.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
- Please note: Hotel reservations at the special rate must be made using the method outlined here. We kindly ask that you do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not be able to honor this rate. This discounted rate is available exclusively to Board Members and convention delegates.
- Please make your reservations now to ensure you get the $183-plus-tax rate. Reservations will be accepted on a first-in basis until the block is full or until Wednesday, August 20 at 12 p.m. ET, whichever comes first. To reserve your hotel room, you must first register for the Board Meeting/Convention. Upon finishing registration, select the ‘click here’ link within the Hotel Reservation section which appears below your registration summary in your confirmation and then input the appropriate information.
